If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and any withdrawals may be denied.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. We also support e-wallet payment methods including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your rvvip1 Account are legally obtained and are not derived from illegal activities or sources. You further warrant that the bank account or e-wallet used to fund your rvvip1 Account is registered in your own legal name and that you have full legal authority to transfer funds from that account.
rvvip1 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
rvvip1 does not charge any fees for deposits made via supported Indonesian banks or e-wallets. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other fees beyond our control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
Users may request withdrawal of funds from their rvvip1 Account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to an alternative method approved by rvvip1 at our discretion. rvvip1 strives to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes during business hours, although processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on account status, verification level, and payment method. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP members or upon request.
Before processing your first withdrawal, rvvip1 requires completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit copies of valid identification documents such as your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, and proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. Additional documentation may be requested at rvvip1's discretion to verify account ownership, payment method ownership, or source of funds.
rvvip1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requests for additional documentation, video verification, or delayed processing pending investigation of unusual account activity or suspected fraud.
Withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements if you have received bonus funds or participated in promotions. Typically, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific bonus terms are provided with each promotional offer and take precedence over these general Terms.
rvvip1 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, abuse of bonuses, collusion, use of betting systems or strategies designed to exploit the Platform, or any other form of advantage play or unfair conduct.
rvvip1 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own receiving fees or charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
rvvip1 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms") which will be clearly stated in the promotional material for each offer.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, email address, payment method, and physical address. Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, engaging in arbitrage betting, or using automated betting systems, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered on eligible games before winnings become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount.
Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. rvvip1 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee on accounts holding a balance after the dormancy period begins. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rvvip1 regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
rvvip1's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of rvvip1.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without rvvip1's prior written consent. rvvip1 may freely assign these Terms and any rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without notice to you.
